Ben Tricase Promoted to Inside Support Services Manager
Koch Applied Solutions is pleased to announce that Ben Tricase has been promoted to the role of Inside Support Services Manager. In this new role, Ben leads the efforts of our Industrial and HVAC inside sales and application engineers, as well as our service business operations.
Ben’s career with Koch Applied Solutions began in 2014 when he accepted the outside sales role that put him in charge of our Greater Dayton and Indianapolis territories. After a few years, he transitioned from outside sales to inside engineering and applications as our Applications Engineer/Estimator. At the time, he was the only one serving in this newly created role.
A graduate of the University of Dayton School of Engineering with a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology, Ben brought extensive knowledge to the Koch Applied Solutions team. His field experience included BAS systems design engineering for Siemens Building Technologies, as well as technical support and training management for a smaller, start-up company called Aeroseal. In his Aeroseal role, Ben served a global team, making several trips to provide support and training in Canada, Europe, Middle East, and Australia.
Ben’s current duties as Inside Support Services Manager include:
- Continuing with estimating and applications engineering responsibilities
- Managing Koch Applied Solutions additional inside estimating and project management staff
- Managing Koch Applied Solutions Boiler Service Department
