Koch HVAC Distribution completes acquisition of Standard Air and Lite

Koch HVAC Distribution, Inc. (“Koch”) announced today that it has completed the acquisition of Standard Air and Lite, a leading distributor of heating and air conditioning products based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

Founded in 1940, Standard Air serves HVAC customers in Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Ohio, and Maryland from its 4 locations. Standard Air offers a full product offering including residential, light commercial, and applied HVAC systems from Carrier, building automation and controls, as well as parts, supplies and accessories sourced from hundreds of leading manufacturers.
