    The model HW is almost the same as the PCW in terms of design and operation, but with a larger footprint to deliver higher heating capacity using a horizontal vessel configuration. Each of the heating elements is fitted with a 2-1/2” square mounting flange, installed in the head of the vessel for easy maintenance and limited downtime.

    • Capacities: 1,638 MBH to 8,735 MBH (48 BHP to 260 BHP) @ 99.5% efficiency

  • PCW Compact Electric Hot Water Boiler

    The compact footprint of the standard PCW electric hot water boiler is designed to fit through a 30” door so that it can fit where a fuel-fired boiler cannot. Each heating element is fitted with its own 2-1/2” square mounting flange, installed in the head of the vessel to provide ease of maintenance and minimal downtime.

    • Capacities: 50 MBH to 1,500 MBH (1.5 BHP to 44 BHP) @ 99.5% efficiency
    • Standard Model: ASME Section IV “H” Stamp (160 PSI & 250oF)

  • Large steam chest ST St Electric Boiler

    The large steam chest of the ST electric steam boiler delivers high quality, dry steam with minimum carryover. Each heating element is fitted with a 2-1/2” square mounting flange, individually installed in either one or both head(s) of the vessel for simple maintenance and reduced downtime.

    • Capacities: 100 PPH to 10,000 PPH (10 BHP to 300 BHP) @ 99.5% efficiency
